As vice president of Financial Reporting & Administration, Sandra works directly with the CEO, and CFO of LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS managing the company’s finances.  The 14-year veteran is the filter of the firm, providing services such as financial reporting and analysis, management of budgets and expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, she oversees all company business certifications and insurance policies ensuring compliance with local, state and federal ordinances. She also handles the administrative duties of the office.

 

Sandra has also held positions as a media billing and traffic administrator, and media supervisor at the agency.  In her role as media billing and traffic administrator, Sandra served as the point of contact for all media billing matters. Her duties included the management of contract budgets, developing and administering client invoices, media reconciliations, payment of media vendors and trafficking of ads to media vendors.  As a media supervisor, she handled the media planning and buying for the firm’s clients providing media strategies and tactics to support client goals for accounts such as the U.S. Army, Southern California Edison, Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and American Cancer Society.

 

Sandra brings more than 25 years of experience in the advertising industry.  Prior to joining the firm, she spent 10 years with McCann-Erickson Worldwide Advertising Agency in El Salvador.  Sandra began as a media assistant and advanced to senior media planning/media buyer for the agency.  While there, she developed media strategies for local and international clients, managed annual advertising budgets and gathered and analyzed consumer research data.

 

Born and raised in El Salvador, Central America, Sandra is bilingual in English and Spanish and provides the firm’s Hispanic Practice clients with strong cultural insights into the Hispanic market.
