LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS executed an awareness campaign for a policy issue that needed pubic funding for the American Heart Association (AHA) in California. AHA’s goal was to establish funding for dedicated technical assistance and grant opportunities for child care providers in low-income, African American and Latino communities, to incorporate nutrition, active play, and screen time standards. The overall strategy was to provide public relations, public education, community outreach and marketing services to diverse communities. A total of 27 placements were secured, generating 637,038 impressions in print, digital news platforms, and social media for Early Care Healthy Habits media outreach. ​
