LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for providing public outreach to inform residents, in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood, that the city of Los Angeles (City) is conducting a Site analysis for potential clean-up work under a Voluntary Cleanup Agreement with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC).  The work is being conducted to prepare the 7- acre vacant lot for redevelopment for various public uses, including housing. LAGRANT is accompanying AECOM in access negotiations and notifications to residents about additional testing, maintaining a bilingual toll-free hotline that includes listening to messages, vetting/reporting, and responding to callers within 24 hours. Our team is also responsible for collateral material development with summary of results from initial assessment activities and next steps.
