At LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS (LC), we are committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and serve. Our
corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives are education, healthcare, and arts and culture. Our philosophy is simple, the more education
an individual receives, the more they will learn to take care of their health and therefore take advantage of the arts and culture programs
within the community.
It is through in-kind contributions, cash contributions and underwriting that we are able to support initiatives and help our
surrounding communities. LC also offers an employee gift matching program, where the firm matches an individual employee's contribution up to $500
to an organization that falls under the CSR initiatives. Additionally, during the holiday season, the agency selects a local nonprofit organization and provides
a special donation. In 2007, we conducted a toy drive for Para Los Niños (For The Children), and in 2008 we conducted a food drive for the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank.

EDUCATION
At LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS, we are committed to the educational
advancement of minority undergraduate and graduate students. By collaborating with organizations such as The LAGRANT Foundation, which provides scholarships, career development workshops, internships and many other programs for minority students majoring in advertising, marketing or public relations, we are able to contribute to the academic growth of our communities.
We foster relationships with and support organizations that are committed to providing educational resources to minorities in our communities such as the United Negro College Fund (UNCF); Hispanic Scholarship Fund; Golden State
Minority Foundation; and the Salvadoran American Leadership Educational Fund (SALEF).
"Having the support of companies like LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS is essential to the success of UNCF. We are able to continue our mission of providing
revenues to our 39 member Historically Black colleges and Universities and develop scholarship opportunities that enable the youth of our community to reach their educational goals."
- Renita Tyson, area development director, UNCF
"LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS is committed to enriching the lives of minorities within the community and has helped students achieve many of their
academic and professional goals. At SALEF, we are dedicated to helping all students reach their academic dreams, regardless of their immigration status. We are happy
to be partnered with a company that values the importance of higher education among our ethnically diverse communities."

At LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS, building healthy communities is a top priority. We believe in the power of knowledge and the
ability to make others aware of health issues that directly affect members of our community. We work closely with the
American Cancer Society (ACS) to disseminate information as it relates to breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer. We also work diligently
to provide information on access to healthcare for the underserved. It is our goal to make such information and services available to others,
ultimately creating healthy communities.
By working with organizations that provide healthcare resources, we actively contribute to the communities we serve.
Other healthcare organizations we support include QueensCare Family Clinics and the Real Men Cook Foundation.
"It is rewarding to partner with a company such as LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS, which is dedicated to providing healthcare
resources to multicultural communities. Their passion for philanthropy is clearly shown by the quality of work they provide."

intellectual growth within our communities. This includes supporting museums, theaters, philharmonic orchestras,

We are dedicated to supporting organizations such as the Museum of Latin American Art; California African American Museum; Plaza de la Raza; and the Center Theater Group.
