with you, the client, and we recognize that you are the boss.
You determine if we’re in business. You hire us and
you fire us, so if you’re not satisfied, we’re
not satisfied.
Our team is highly sensitive
to the needs of the client. We pride ourselves on being the
best communicators by upholding the K.I.S. (Keep It Simple)
principle. Our account executives are quite adept in the field
of customer sensitivity. They are your key contact and they
understand marketing principles and research. They operate
as your personalized marketing consultant.
Your marketing consultant
acts as a conduit between you and the agency, conveying your
needs to the account team and relaying the results back to
you for input and approval.
The team concept is always
instituted with every client. Each account is assigned an
account coordinator, art director, copywriter and public relations
representative as needed. There is also support staff in research
and media.
Responsibility and accountability
are in direct proportion to one another. We accept both when
we take on your project(s).
